When a beautiful view and beautiful features need a beautiful story to complete the package. This golf course home with a contemporary twist was all worth the details that CR Hill Design Group, LLC placed in it. The owner was the Lead Designer on the project. The CR Hill Design team made sure the best colors appeared in the artwork and dramatic two-toned window treatments for this project. The design of the room impressed the furniture store and manufacturer of majority of the furniture so much, that the manufacturer asked to use the photo. Another Award Winning Design...
Another Design Story...
When the details matter and the CR Hill Design team ask the builder to paint the walls in Sherwin Williams 6334 Flower Pot, the tray ceiling Ralph Lauren RM49 Metallic Bronze and raise the chandelier. The builder looks at the Principal Designer, with a puzzled look, and does it anyway. That night at the design event, he tells the story. “WOW”, is what he said. Another award winning design... The owner is the Lead Designer again. The CR Hill Design Team cannot make up these stories. CR Hill Design team never got the photo with the chandelier raised, yet the memories on this project was "Simply Amazing".
The BarBerShop Project
When the design starts with the owner's ideas, his 2 friends and the GC in the McDonalds in 2013. Next, the architect (Andre Johnson Architect) joins the team and it happens. The Principal Designer had one stipulation, no white walls and the owner says “Renee, I trust your design”. We got a winner! CR Hill Design Group, LLC
Renovate, Enjoy It, Sell It Project
When the repeat client decides it is time to redesign the master bathroom. He had to have a toto throne/toilet. She had to have a free standing soaking tub and cabinet drawers. CR Design Group, LLC was trusted to take care of all the details. The client loved the new design and so did the new homeowners. The renovated bathroom was a top selling feature for the buyers.
